When life hands you lemons, make lemonade, or like at my uncle Jesus' birthday party, squeeze them up and put them on the pollo rostizado. This week, Mexico's travel industry was handed a giant basket of lemons when the U.S. State Department issued a travel warning for the U.S.-Mexico border region.
